Samsung Unveils Note 9 6.4 inch Display, 8 GB RAM, 512GB Storage & More

Samsung unveils its Galaxy Note lineup with Note 9 with some hardware changes. The new Note looks identical to the previous Note or we can call it the upgraded Note 8.

The display size of the new Note is 6.4 inches with slightly slimmer bezels which is not noticeable. It also features an 18:5:9 aspect ratio display with QHD+ resolution.

On the back, it has dual lens camera placed horizontally with fingerprint scanner just below it.

On the inside, the Note 9 is packed with either a Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 chipset depending on the region. In terms of RAM, it will come with 6GB for 128 GB base storage & 8GB RAM for 512GB high-end model. Also, the smartphone features microSD card slot that can hold another 512 GB SD Card. That means the Note 9 can have a total storage of 1 Terabyte!

The new smartphone is packed with bigger 4000mAh battery with USB Type C connectivity. Also, Samsung continues to feature a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The camera hardware is same as the previous Note 8 with 12MP f/1.5 primary & 12MP f/2.4 secondary shooter. But there is a change in software that can detect & switch to the appropriate scene.

The best part of Note 9 is its new S Pen. The S Pen now has Bluetooth connectivity that can be used in many things like taking photos, changing slides and more. Also, the S Pen can be used for 30 minutes with 40 seconds of charge.

So this is all about Samsung Galaxy Note 9 that has been released ahead of Apple event that is going to be held on September. Let’s see what Apple has to offer to beat the Galaxy Note 9! Stay tuned…
